Policies

  • To best serve you the way you deserve, you may have 2 cancellations in a year. After that your next appointment will be pre-pay.
  • I understand that life happens, so I kindly ask for 48 hours notice of any adjustments to be made to your appointment/services to avoid a cancellation fee and to allow ample time to make your experience the best.
    If you cancel within 24 hours, your cancellation fee would be 50% of the booked service. Same-day cancellations or no show will be charged 100% of the service fee. For new clients, the required deposit will not be refunded and the above cancellation fees apply. ‘No shows’ with no call, may not be able to book another appointment, so please do let me know if you are unable to make it in!
  • You have a 15-minute late window after which your appointment may need to be rescheduled and the “no show” policy above applies. Of course, I understand things happen, so just be sure to communicate with me and especially if this is your first ‘no show’ or being outside the late window, I’ll take that into consideration.
  • Deposits and cancellation are non-refundable. 
  • For new clients, a non-refundable $50 deposit is required.
